Getting Started with Axsis Film
This guide takes you from the Windows beta installer to your first film session.
Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”Have your individually issued beta license key, internet access for activation, and film stored on your computer. The current beta is Windows x64.
Start your first session
Section titled “Start your first session”- Install Axsis Film using the installer on the company beta page.
- Activate your license when the app asks for your key.
- Open Settings > Teams & Seasons to add your school or organization and the teams you work with. Team names and aliases help the app recognize film.
- Select Add Game(s) and choose a game folder, season folder, or parent folder containing film.
- Review the detected film details. Correct the sport, season, team, opponent, level, and film type before adding the film.
- Open the film from Library Film or Recent Film.
- Use the player controls or keyboard controls to begin reviewing.
The film should appear in your local library. Import links to the original files; it does not move or change them.
Use the tutorial
Section titled “Use the tutorial”Beta 3 adds a first-run Tutorial Mode. You can relaunch it from Settings > Help.
